Liv Fit

Liv Fit is a fitness program designed specifically for you. It begins with an initial consultation to discuss your goals, medical history, and workout likes and dislikes. Next you decide how much time you would like to spend weekly working out. From there, you choose the format of your workouts. Options include live classes, recorded classes, written workouts with demonstration videos, or any combination of the above.

Liv Training Plans

Through the Training Peaks application, follow a monthly plan designed specifically for you. Email notifications are sent upon the completion of each workout, providing an element of accountability. During our initial consultation, we will put together a schedule that incorporates your ideal week of workouts. This could be a combination of live classes and recorded workouts that you perform at your convenience.

Recordings include flexibility routines, full body strength workouts, cycling classes and more.
